Glow Adelaide Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Glow Adelaide. We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them in a fair and efficient manner.

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds will only be issued for products that are deemed faulty or defective upon receipt by the customer.

    • To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase as well as photos of products and packaging or receipt.

  2. Timeframe for Refund Request:

    • Customers must notify Glow Adelaide of any faults or defects in the product within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • Refund requests made after this timeframe may not be honored.

  3. Conditions for Refund:

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

    • Any signs of wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations to the product will void eligibility for a refund.

    • Glow Adelaide reserves the right to inspect the returned product to determine eligibility for a refund.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once the faulty or defective product is received and inspected, Glow Adelaide will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days, and either a replacement product will be mailed, or a credit will be applied. 

    • If the refund is rejected, the customer will be notified of the reasons for rejection.

  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for shipping the faulty or defective product back to Glow Adelaide.

    • Glow Adelaide will cover the cost of return shipping only if the fault or defect is a result of our error.
